Sly Cooper 1 Thievious Raccoonus is one of my favourite childhood games. In the game you play as a raccoon, Sly Cooper, who travels and steals from comical criminals like Raleigh the frog, Mugshot the dog, Panda King, Mz. Ruby the crocodile. Sly and the gang (and police fox Carmelita) struggle to collect all pages of Thievious Raccoonus - a book of Sly's thief ancestry before evil Clockwerk gets it.
This police HQ/Hideout theme plays at abeginning mission of the game (Police Headquarters in Paris) and in world selection scene at group's van. Song is perfect in setting the upcoming dark yet mysterious tone of this comical thief adventure. Instrumental bass, xylophone and guitar plays together to create Paris Rooftop feel to get everyone into game's atmosphere. Its great beginning for sly's Complete Original Soundtrack. It's not one of the best sly cooper songs, but an interesting one nonetheless.

Sly Cooper and the Thievius Raccoonus (known as Sly Raccoon in Europe and Australia) is a platform stealth video game created by Sucker Punch Productions that was released on the PlayStation 2 in 2002. The game was followed by three sequels, Sly 2: Band of Thieves, Sly 3: Honor Among Thieves and Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time. On November 9, 2010, Sly Cooper and the Thievius Raccoonus, as well as its first two sequels, were released together as The Sly Collection, a remastered port of all three games on a single Blu-ray disc as a Classics HD title for the PlayStation 3
